Carla joins our Clinical Team on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings, and for a limited time, she is offering clients who book their first treatment; another treatment for free!

From Johannesburg, South Africa, Carla ran her own holistic practice for over a decade before moving to London in 2022.

Carla is trained in multiple massage techniques and offers her own signature therapeutic massage.

She specialises in releasing tension of the neck and shoulders by incorporating trigger point therapy into her treatments. Client’s love this technique, especially those suffering with TMJ or Jaw problems.

Carla has been a practicing reflexologist for over 13 years and offers reflexology of the feet, hands and face.

Her facial reflexology is deeply relaxing, rebalancing and has a lifting and firming effect on facial muscles.

Carla is an empathetic therapist who loves nature and discovering science-based wellness.
