Lorenzo Ricco

Lorenzo is a highly skilled and passionate osteopath from Lake Garda, Italy. He has always enjoyed sports, especially swimming and sailing.

Currently, he serves as one of the lead osteopaths at Speedworks London, a renowned track and field team featuring English national sprinters and Olympians. In this role, he closely follows the team through training and competitions, providing essential clinical and performance therapy to optimise their physical health and performance.

With extensive experience working also with marathon and Ironman runners, Lorenzo plays a key role in their preparation, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and lifting techniques to ensure peak performance.
