We are continuing to carefully follow the advice and updates provided by Public Health England, as well as our professional and regulatory bodies.

Currently the advice is that patients can attend physiotherapy, podiatry and osteopathy appointments provided that, 

1) the patient has no flu-like symptoms or feel unwell (if they do then they should follow the current UK advice to self-isolate), 

2) clinicians can currently continue to provide treatment for patients provided they are feeling well and have no flu-like symptoms.

We want to reassure everyone that comes into the clinic that we are taking every measure possible to ensure the environment when you attend our clinic for treatment is safe. We do have hand cleaning facilities readily available and would urge people to carry this out on arrival. All clinic rooms are cleaned with hospital grade wipes in between appointments.

All patients are being asked NOT TO ATTEND if they have

i) Flu-like symptoms

ii) If they have recently travelled to a high-risk area

(patients are also asked these questions again at the time of their attendance before being allowed into the treatment areas)

We are doing everything possible to make sure the environment is as safe as it can be and we ask you to assist us with the washing of your hands both before and after your session. Also, please could we ask that you place any used tissues immediately into the waste bins supplied and to not leave them lying around for any period of time.
